At Kitsap-Tech we have a strong customer focus and expect that from our employees. In addition, we strive to keep our costs down so we can offer the lowest prices possible to our customers. In order to do this, we run as a virtual company. All positions require people who are self-starters and have the discipline to manage their time effectively.
As a virtual company, we only hire when the demand reaches a point where we can bring new hires on. In preparation for that, we interview and select our potential employees ahead of that need.
